• Augury:
"Sky riders beware… This battle is not for you.
You will need a thief.
There will be a meeting… Take the polite girl… The flame-haired beauty.
And again, take your rapier and hammer."

• Strategy:
In this mission the reinforcements are cavaliers from the south, they'll appear when the battle's somewhat advanced, and shamans in the room at the center of the castle.
The chests are divided in two groups of two chests: one at the north, the other at the south, don't worry about the north ones, you can go for them calmly. As for the south ones, to go for these, pick the best cavalier you have and give him a javelin, make him clear the way towards the south chests, and make sure that Matthew goes behind him.
This mission has a lot of archers. Even if at first you think that they don't deal much damage, beware that if you let any of your weakest characters exposed, they'll go for them without compassion.

To obtain Raven and Lucius follow this strategy: go as fast as possible because Raven will get out of the jail in turn 1 and in turn 8 the Caelin soldiers will do so too, Raven can kill them in a single round (and if none of them are alive at the end, you won't be able to go to Ch. 16x). Take into account his movement range so that Priscilla isn't exposed to his sword by placing her at the limit of his attack range, talk to Raven with Priscilla and once you have Raven, make him talk with Lucius, then rescue all of the Caelin Soldiers (if you let them be, they'll attack everything and end up dying).
At the end of the mission they'll thank you with an item and a secondary mission... If at the end of the chapter all three green soldiers are alive they'll give you a red gem, if there are two alive a light rune, and if only one's alive, a mine.

The cavaliers that come from the south can be bothersome, something very useful is sending Oswin to stop them, thanks to his great defense, he won't receive any damage. You could have sent 2 characters to obtain treasures 1 and 2, everyone else above… and make the first ones go back to protect Merlinus.
